T-Shirt Contest Rules and Guidelines

• Your design must be wholly original. By submitting a design, you are guaranteeing that you hold rights to everything in it, and that it does not contain any copyrighted material. Including, but not limited to: images/copy found on the internet, unless clearly marked as published under a creative commons (cc) license that allows for reuse. [there are fully restricted cc licenses]

• You can submit up to two designs, but they must be submitted as separate entries.

• Artwork must be submitted in only one color (pencil sketch or pen sketch is optimal as the t-shirts will be monochromatic)

• Your design must be on the front of the shirt only

• Design must have “LOA” or “Live Oak Academy” and “Walkathon 2018” visible

• Submission deadline is April 23, 2018

• All submissions should be sent to fundraising@liveoakacademy.org

 

Submissions will be judged by the fundraising coordinator and two designated volunteers. Designs will be judged on the following criteria:

 

  1. Concept/originality – captures the spirit of the Walkthon

  2. Visibility – eye-catching and visible from a reasonable distance

  3. Completeness of design – must be ready for print

  4. Feasibility – must be easy to reproduce

 

Everyone who participates in the Walkathon will receive a free t-shirt IF you sign up here. Only one t-shirt per person.
